Just thinking.
Before I start any kinda program NBE or start playing with Herbs.

I have a Doc appointment for tomorrow. Just thinking maybe I should ask for blood work or something?

Is there anything I could ask for that would give me a good output of my system so I can find the NBE herbs/supps that will best suit me? (Kinda like making a tailored program based off my body)

Any input would be great.

How's your health?, any history of diabetes, eye trouble, weight, how much do you exercise, cholesterol, family history of cancer, etc?.

Short of transgender pre-screening tests, these are questions one should ask yourself and the PCP. A metabolic profile, a Complete hormone panel is the minimum of what I'd ask for. If testing estrogen needs to be justified, be prepared to answer why.

Health? Good I guess. Yes I have a family history of, Diabetes, Cancer and Stroke (Hence why I'm not jumping on any old NBE program)
I don't exercise much as my job is very stationary.
I was thinking of bringing up my developing "moobs" to him and see if he will send me for a T test. But I wasn't sure what I should ask for.
