Hi Darla!
There is still some discussion about pills. vs extract.
Some say the extract is better than the pills since its not filtered by the liver.
Other say the liver filter is important. So you can do some searching and make your best decision.
The spray is good on your breasts. This give a double whammy for the PM to do its job inside and out.

I know a lot of people on here use Ainterol and I noticed this spray

They make it sound like its all you need.
However I was raised "if it sounds to good to be true"
Has anyone tried this or other sprays? Was it Amy good?
