So It looks like to start I will try:
AM:

-Pumpkin Seed Oil 1000mg
-PM 500mg
-RC x2 400mg
LUNCH:
-RC x2 400mg
-Wild Salmon Oil 1200mg
-Cuppa Spearmint Tea
PM:
-PM 500mg
-RC 400mg
Anything I should edit? Any veterans with advice?
