Bad money choice, you buy the stuff in 500gm jars and take it tablespoon at a time!
Seriously, dont pay for capsules and packaging when you can get Kilos of the stuff for a rraction of the price.
I buy 2 Kg at atime just to cook with for every day food, and yes it will be good addition to your lifestyle
