Had a quick look but couldn't find the links for you, sorry. Really having a foggy-head time of it at the mo :-(
But there are some posts on here somewhere including supporting info that basically says that adding citrus fruit (fresh if pos) has a quantifiable fat burning effect, and especially when included with Green Tea it really amps it up.
Just started doing it myself and think I have noticed a difference already. I now tend to take this combo when the hunger pangs start to rumble and within a few minutes the hunger quietens right down again. Oh, and it makes Green Tea a LOT more palatable too!
