During luteal phase?
I experienced what could be high estrogen related menses last cycle and I'm also sensitive to PC cream.
I wondered if there's any harm to taking it say every second day during my luteal phase ? I realise it builds up in he tissues too.
Cant ask a dr for obvious reasons.... Last dr I had literally asked me when I mentioned I supplement with magnesium.." what's magnesium?"...
