It's supposed to do that, and has no undesirable side effects. I took it to combat BPH, and not only has it increased urine flow and allowed me to sleep through the night, it's probably also the reason my cholesterol dropped 22 points into the normal range in the space of a year. Good stuff! I take only 1000 mg per day. Curbita is my brand, made in Germany.
What a Week I've just had!
I started Pumpkin seed oil to help urine flow and to help me sleep through the night. 1000mg once a day.
About the same time I came down with a winter cold of coughing, stuffy head and just being tired. I noticed the first night after starting PO I was up every hour to pee. and it was a normal amount so I thought it was a result of all the liquid I was drinking for my cold.
The next night was the same. and this continued until this past night.
Yesterday was the first time I didn't have any PO and I slept through the whole night. And it was wonderful too I can tell you.
So any guess why PO seems to making my night urination go to such extremes??
