L-Tyrosine: When to take and how much

New to all this, but the first time I read that body temperature has an impact on the effectiveness of BO, the first thing that crossed my mind (from my own personal experience) is that Alpha Lipoic Acid would likely do the trick if ever deciding to try BO. Had to eliminate ALA from a prior nootropic regimen as even a small amount would turn me into an oven and have me sweating buckets with minimal activity.
