That's threads. Abi, Lotus, IaBoy, and a few others who have come and gone, have TONS of info! :-)

It would be interesting to devise a diet that would feminize anyone, basically, and maintain optimal health, too. ;-)
I think we have the correct information here, but we need to sort through all those threads... The book will be say, 100 pages. 10 pages of "Do this." 90 pages of appendices and explanations, with external citations, for those of scientific mind. ;-)

Haha, yeah there are other threads with a lot of info. I've not actually been here that long yet (just a few weeks) so I'm still finding out what threads have what info in them and stuff.
