All I have done is look and followed Abi and Lotus, but mostly bugged Lotus WAY too much.

I think we have the correct information here, but we need to sort through all those threads... The book will be say, 100 pages. 10 pages of "Do this." 90 pages of appendices and explanations, with external citations, for those of scientific mind. ;-)
