[polymorphis]

Since the beginning of my NBE journey I've been using product called "Prostalex" with following content:

Saw palmetto 320 mg
Pygeum africanum 50 mg
Urtica dioica 50 mg
Different beta-sitosterols 20 mg

I use it 2 - 3 times a day. My results are documented in the picture section. For some time I used just saw palmetto and I had feeling that combination was more effective so I switched back to aforementioned product. But it could have been just the feeling...
