Does anyone really have any good experience, and if so, how much?
I would like to loose quite a bit off of my tummy and don't want to needlessly spend money, if it's not a good investment.
The polyphenols in green tea help you burn calories via increasing the metabolic rate. The tea quality is real important though, otherwise I don't think it'll help convert fat to fuel (energy).
I like what green tea has done for me, I believe it's a good fit with NBE/hrt because of its ability to promote aromatase (genetic males), inhibit prostate & breast cancer, scavenge free radicals, inhibit DHT, etc, etc.
Make sure you stay on top of iron levels, GTE depletes iron. I found a 98% polyphenols decaf GTE extract, (getting 5-8 cups per day plus 6-8 cups of filtered water a day makes one swim), if you know what I mean lol.
