For those seeking to lose the waist, the intra-abdominal fat?
As Lotus noted, increasing T works.
Also, exercise, BRUTAL exercise. HIIT twice a day for 10-20 minutes. Make your body sweat like a pig. Twice a day because you'll get a better effect from more exercise for shorter duration (goes to intensity and to peeling off the fat via Post-Exercise Oxygen deficit. You have to pay off the debt.)
Take it from my experience, one long session isn't as effective as two short sessions. Do dance, do yoga, do weights, do swimming, do spinning, whatever, but GET active, and STAY active for your 20 minutes.
If possible, do more during the day.
Say, 20 sets of 20 mountain climbers... And don't WALK the stairs, RUN a flight or two. (then walk, you'll be winded. ;-) )
More frequent shorter duration exercise will work better. The marathon sessions I like? They DO do damage to your joints. They DON'T make it any faster.
Elements Yoga has Yoga for weight loss, it's a great system, especially if you can do it as fasted cardio (and it's truly FASTED cardio, mind.)
We live in an era too dominated with labor-saving devices and technology. We NEED physical activity. Look at the dog, the cat, the rabbits, the ants... Take lessons from them, don't sit around all day and watch...
