I'm 5'9 and currently weigh in at 185

This will be about weight loss/ redistribution till I hit my target weight of 170-175.

For Now I'm only looking to bock DHT, and raise aromatase levels. I'm leaving E out of it for now.

So the Plan as of now taken daily
Reshi I take 800 mg
Green teas 1 liter
MASA 400 mg
Zink ( for the fellow)
1 tbls coconut oil

I'm deciding between a few additions / changes.
-Saw P may add it in but the side effects on the fellow are deterring me
-White peony am ordering this week unless I can find a better aromatase promoter?


I'm eating clean, and following a strength and shaping program for women.

Any suggestions or ideas would be great. Its a pleasure to find this place.
