Thanks Sofia, a quick search on trans elders yieled few related results. Although one link dated 2003 talked about a local meeting of +50 trans elders........ 3 people showed up. 
+50 group narrows the feedback, thanks for the heads up, please note the update to trans elders (that being trans). Agreed, the cross section of feedback will help all those who need it.

I relate to this same sentiment (still) after 2 years of HrT. I'm not sure when I'll feel ready to go en femme anywhere anytime soon, I'm ok with presenting gender neutral (lol, my comfort level). Btw, has spiro helped anybody with their hairline?, if so what's the current dosage?.
