All seem effective imo, the cold therapy noogling was tricky though, made the boobs pop . Seriously though, my left breast is (was) about 1/4in to 1/2in behind the right, to my surprise their equal (even) @ 14in each after 3 treatments, denoting no lose in gain, so far I like what it does.

Personally the shower method gets the quickest thermogenesis reaction.
