Thanks Silly. How would you recommend finding a practioner? I do have blonde hair, so do you think I should consult with a laser removal specialist and an electrolysis specialist as well? I have heard of some laser removal instruments for home use, do you know if these are any way comparable to what a professional hair removal specialist would use?
