For me the lethargy has been setting in about 1.5-2 months after I started from my last cold turkey break. I never tried spearmint tea. I always used the capsule form.

I can relate to finding it difficult to pin down the cause of lethargy. For the most part, I think my body is self-correcting when I'm suffering from dehydration or a lack of sleep.

I've always used the capsule form of spearmint. I've never tried the "3 weeks on and 1 week off" approach. Maybe that will be a useful approach for me.
In the chatroom Tanya and others suggested my lethargy could be the result of pushing down T levels for too long.
I think I'm going to have to give PC another try once I get things going again.
