Thanks a lot Lotus for revealing this to us....this sounds awesome But how do we take it? How much mgs do we need to supplement with? Or do we add the oil externally? And then you also mention calcium.. do we just drink milk or do we need lots of it? And then the last question when exactly do we take this? Daily or whenever you like? Or cycled? Or before sleep?
