Thank you for you replies Pansy-Mae & Elaine, I really value your opinions.
I am very excited to have started on PM again and have the Ainterol R1 caps.
I will up it to 2 x 500mg starting now, and continue on that dose for a few weeks and see how I feel.
My nipples seem to poking out more today, which is a good sign I think :-)
Does it take a long time to see areola expansion? One of my biggest hopes is to have large areolas and nipples.
