...My nipples seem to poking out more today, which is a good sign I think :-)

Does it take a long time to see areola expansion? One of my biggest hopes is to have large areolas and nipples.

all of our bodies are different and respond in different ways. What really helped my areola and nipples was the peony root extract...the pM seems to start some changes , but the really resond to the peony. Miy nipples stick out and the areolas are larger. This pic is late May just before about a 10 day break before time at the pool.

But bear in mind....I started like this two years ago....some boob from being overweight (I scale now 205~209) and small nipples.
