I've been on 5mg Finasteride daily for over 5 years, for BHP.
I would say it has had some effect on the BHP, but not eliminated it completely.
It's difficult to say if it had any effect on helping boob growth, and it certainly hasn't stopped their volume reduction after stopping PM.
It has had zero effect on male pattern baldness - I have noticeably less head hair now than I had 5 years ago!
