I take 500mg every other day of pm, i know its not enough to do much of anything but it does keep my skin soft mind calm and allows me to still function. Also use natureday aoap and cream for the last month 2x a day and have seen quality growth. Was totally flat before hand and hope over time pm will give the boost for areola expansion and growth. Reason pm is so low is so the wife will be happy in bed still
