I had been using Vitex for almost the length of time that I have read about on that Vitex should work. I just want to know what all does Vitex do for males? I can't find out any more new information about it. I have been taking 2 caps a day 400 mg each. So far the things that I can tell that it does is my sex drive has been lowered at 1st I felt like a million dollars for about 2 weeks but that kinda went away some I still feel better though also my hairs on my face and body don't grow so fast anymore and also at 1st my prostate felt um strange for a bit but didn't last too long also my erections don't happen like they use to and my sperm has seemed to decrease. If anyone can shed more light on Vitex would be very helpful.

its suppose to work as a anti androgen from what I have gathered in research and affect sexual desire? / my sperm has seemed to decrease also. Im now taking 2 440mg pills dunno if thats enough or too much.
