I don't know how long I been on Vitex but I have noticed it does what all I have came across on what these sites say it does. I been taking 2 a day when I 1st wake up so it can get in my system before the hormones start working and it can block the androgens and lower T levels. As soon as I can I want to get on BO. Big Grin
