I am trying to find help on the internet. Not sure how credible some are but figure I would compare and combine what they all seem to agree with.. I know a lot of older women have huskier voices due to age, smoking, drinking you name it. But I have to feel confident in my speech if I am ever going to go out in female form.

When you swallow, concentrate on your Adams Apple, you should feel it raise to a higher position in your neck. Try and pull Your Apple up using neck muscles ( it hard, but it gets easier with practice ) now when you talk, it'll sound higher.
