I'm guessing the tea bags are better than nothing. All I see in Amazon UK is White Peony tabs, you could always go to Amazon.com and see if any one offers shipping to the UK, that's what's do.

ReishI should also be available in most health food stores. Its also very effective as an AA.

Same with Pueraria Mirifica. Red reshi is also a good plant based estrogen.

They also sell on ebay - but I havent seen the White Peony on their ebay shop. Delivery is really quick too and they take Paypal on the website.
