The down sides I have noticed about Vitex. Is that it made my finger and toe nails grow really slow and my cuticles aren't healthy now. But of course right now I haven't been able to increase Estrogen in my body. So that may have allot to do with everything going the way it is in my body. Anyways not sure but the other day I was working on dvd/vcr combo and it slipped out of my hands and on the way down I tried to grab it and cut my thumb instead of blood slowly coming out it was like water. Other than all of that it is doing what it is suppose to do.
