Yesterday I don't know what this means but my butt is all tingly and I have only been using Vitex and it is still feeling that way today. If anyone can tell me what could be going on now I would love to know because it feels um well like my hormones are trying to shift I think? I don't know but I do know Vitex has been working nicely!
