I get Estrace brand estradiol. 2mg pills with the score mark in the center for breaking it in half. My insurance absolutely refuses to cover a cent of it so I pay $5 for a months supply. I break the pill in half and take one half in the morning and the other in late afternoon. I don't even know if Im doing this correctly as I am not getting any results whatsoever. My endocrinologist is an elderly man (70+) with little modern information regarding HRT for MtFs.

P.S.: What exactly is the proper way to take it sublingually?
