I just received my first order of powdered PM on Tuesday, April 02, 2014.
After years of half-hearted attempts at growing my breasts, I've finally gotten serious about it.
I've had a breast pump for several years. I would use it for a few days and stop for months, then repeat...
I took 1000 mg of Saw Palmetto daily for a couple years, but stopped about 2 months ago. I ran out and just haven't resupplied yet.
During the same period, I took 100 Wild Yam capsules, I don't remember the mg. And 100 capsules of Flax Seed Oil, again, I don't remember the mg.
I have a Spearmint plant that I'll be setting out this week, I hope to be able to use the leaves to brew tea.
I am currently taking my first bottle of BlacK Cohosh Extract, 3 capsules daily. The label says, 4:1 Root Extract 135mg & 2.5% Root Extract 40mg.
Whatever that means?
As I stumble my way along this journey, any advice and information will be greatly appreciated!

I started using Pueraria Mirifica in April, 2014; my original post was misdated, I've tried to correct that with this update.
I haven't taken PM as religiously as I should have; and when I did take it, I probably didn't take as much as I should have.
I'll take a month or two half-ass regularly, skip up to 3, 4, months; start again. Just received a new batch to start again.
I haven't really taken anything else with or to supplement.
I have also lost 35+lbs in the last year; so far keeping it off!
I should really try to do breast exercises daily!!! Can't stress that enough, don't know why I don't...

Underbust: A legitimate 38"
Over Nipples: Still at 43"
