I've been taking 6 a day for almost three months. They don't make me feel anything when I take them, besides giving me the stomach gurgles.

Obviously it's different for everyone, but I've found that change on BO is a slow gradual thing, sort of like what you'd expect. Give it time.

I didn't know if there was any pains or what to expect Thank You so at least I know they will work.
