HRT - a good idea?
#1

Hei,

some may have seen my thread in the the genetic-males-personal-programs-section of this forum; well now I'm here.

The reason why I've stopped my NBE was that I got scared. I imagined the worst possible things - guess everyone knows these thoughts.
After some very troubled months I made the decision to try it again.

When I take a look at all the posts and pictures in the NBE-section there cant be any doubt that NBE is a way to achieve something.
My problem with NBE is that I tend "to play safe" whenever I can. Thats why I want to start with HRT.

Earlier this year I went to a psychiatrist... I felt slightly mocked. Dont want to go there ever again.

The best way I can see is a DIY-HRT.
The problem is that I dont know how to start, I've found several ways to get the drugs for it, but thats only a part of my problem. Its quite important to get the regimen right and I just dont know how, there are simply too many differing informations on the net. So could you please help me?

So far I got this out of several blogs, I should start low and see what happens. Later I can increase the dosage. Im stil confused which things work best.

4mg Progynova
50 mg Androcur
50 mg Prometrium
