Well Your body is growing.. Do you remember being a teenager? When you were growing you prob were always hungry I know I was and I grew like a weed.
Only thing you can do is eat normally or eat smaller meals throughout the day so that you still eat the normal amount but with smaller meals or snacks and being spread out you wont feel hungry hun.
Shewwww it is rough because no matter what I eat I can't keep the hunger down for very long it is like as soon as I eat within a min or 2 still feel hungry like the food just bottoms out. lol
While i didnt have that on my NBE regimen, im getting it on HRT. - Im CONSTANTLY hungry... i only ate 600-1200 calories a day before... now i feel hungry constantly!
While i dont understand it, some other people have reported similiar things... so its probably Estriol related. but, it probably does help in growth. since i dont appear to have any weight change or fat growth...
