In a nutshel.....it's useless for me.  Just is there and gets in the way.  Looks unsitely...dont use it...does not fit in with the overall theme of my body.  Does it work? Yes...but slowly...and with enough imagination.  I rarely if ever make the effort to try to stimulate it.  Before taking provera...it hardly worked anyways and I had no real feeling from it.  After taking provera, my sex drive picked way up and had life again...although it had a different way of feeling and does not have same rigidmess?  Difficult to explain.  It feels more like a female erection rather than the other.  Still dont use it because of disphoria though.
