Worried About Development?
#3

If you're reading this, please answer these questions along with the ones below. I think it's also important to note that I'm 18. Thanks!

1. Is there a stage where my aerolas will puff out less when I reach AA - A cup, and actually start developing breasts and not just changes in my aerolas?
2. Is it realistic for me to desire AA - A cup breasts that aren't too noticeable, along with noticeable nipples/aerolas? Keep in mind, the women in my family have C - D cup breasts. I'd like to have just large enough breasts to not be noticeable, but to also be able to fill at least a pushup bra.
3. Maybe I should try natureday products if I'm worried about odd aerolas? If you think so, which ones, and what happens when I stop?

Thank you!

Why would working out make them less noticeable? There is no such thing as spot fat reduction, though some fitness equipment manufacturers would like you to believe otherwise. There is targeted muscle development though. Breast tissue and fat lie above chest muscles. I've been working out my chest so what I have pushes out further. I'm going for a more athletic female body than most on here.

It's hard to answer your other questions. I am 5'10 and weighed around 135 when I was your age though. At that weight, you have a very low body fat percentage. It is rare for a woman to have much larger than an A cup at that body fat %.

As one grows older, metabolism slows, and it is more difficult to maintain that low of a body fat %. Taking estrogens will make it even harder, though still weight gain or loss is mostly calories burned vs calories eaten. PM can change your fat distribution pattern, though if you have low body fat %, that isn't going to be all that noticeable, but if that changes, it may be very noticeable.
