Yes, but they loose their hold once you start to sweat.
So if you work in a humid environment then the efficiency is less than 100%.

When I was using the nicotine patch to quit smoking, I found the same issue Janet did- when I started to sweat they didn't stick too well- I ended up taping them in place with medical tape
