I have had pain with BO and PM.  Lately my breasts need support.  AsI approach a C to D cup I feel tiredness and pain in the center of my back and shoulders.  My body is not used to the extra weight I guess.  I think I will need a bra.

How long did it take you to reach b cups? And did you just use bo or other enhancer's.
