One thing to keep in mind, do you need to fully transition, or just go far enough to keep yourself sane ?
Its possible to be on a low HRT level ( or herbs ) for many years, and have no one notice that something is going on.
Sophia is in texas, ( obviously i know Texas is a big place ) maybe try and reach out to her.
I know she is part of a support group.
Thank you Jannet! I'm not certain full transition is even safe at my age.. if it is (I will consult my Dr.) then it may be an option but for now, it's not the priority. It's me living as whom I feel inside and she is trapped.

Oh trust me .. I am no spring chicken.
There is one lady in our support group she is living full time. Started when she was 78.
Thanks Jannett thats great incentive. I started the process to meet with a gender therapist in my local area. I am waiting to find out if she accepts my insurance or not. Either way the process is started.
Has anyone stayed with their initial Primary Care physician or did you have to move on when you went on HRT? I would prefer to stick with someone I trust.
Sorry I'm a little sad tonight, just got my estrogen tests back and it is down 54 points to 134 which it was 188 last month. (sigh) well good night all..
You know I wonder if its the BO and it's not working on me? When I did the first test I was on PM and switched in the middle..all I know my T level is up(still below normal), my E level is down (still above normal)...
Luv,
Ali
