Yes and no. I wanted the dysphoria gone, then wanted breasts, now I want full transition. My HRT is helping with none of that. Like I said I may as well be taking sugar pills. I've been off all my HRT for a couple weeks now, and the dysphoria is kicking my ass, and triggering depression. While on it, the dysphoria is there but not quite as awful. Also while on it, the only and I mean ONLY effect is that I cannot perform in bed. At all. Think wet noodle. Or eunuch.

There is simply no point to taking it if all I get are the negative side effects.
