My AA is 200mg of spironolactone daily broken up into two 100 mg doses. I also drink spearmint tea every day to every other day. 

I do take my estrace 2mg sublingually.
 I'm also on a .05mg patch once weekly

I am a little older than you so there may be some differance in the effectivness of the spiro but i found just 100 killed my T. 

The general consensus is that pills and patches do not mix. You could add patches to gell or injections, but not pills. Pills need to be taken on their own. In fact the patch will decrease the effectiveness of the pills.
