I went on a healthy gluten free diet and followed an exercise plan that included walking and use of light dumbbells for upper body contouring. The good news is that I lost 18 pounds and no longer have love handles on my sides, and the bad news is that my bottom no longer has its prior bubble butt shape. Can anyone suggest any bottom enhancement herbs or exercise methods to use to make my bottom more shapely?
