Your body, especially downwards from your waist, is so feminine. What is your height and weight?

As of today 175lbs and I’m 5’9-1/2. 

I’m eating clean and doing lower body HIIT daily and a 20 min daily stretch ( I’m 12”
From the splits). 

I intend to get the weight off
But keep the hips and ass.

The one thing I need to find is HIIT for the upper body.
Haven't ever found a program, I think because most assume that HIIT for the upper body would be detrimental to guys (reduce size more than build it), and build more for the women than they want (even if it would reduce mass on guys.)

Thank you. I have found many HIIT routine for core and lower body. I find the arms
And shoulders get a good
WorkOut with many of them. I always do ladies workouts not
Men’s.
