No reason to be WEAK. :-)
I'd like to keep my strength. It's funny to see the eyes bulge (even though i present as male)...
Hoist up a packed 100 # Heavy Bag from flat on the ground to over my shoulder in one move, and carry it like it's nothing...
And I don't look like much.
(For a guy. I'd look HUGE for a girl!)
And for what it's worth, I've seen "delicate" feminine women hoist 50 pounds or more of copy paper or such, and they just heave it around... But they're never unfeminine. :-)
We need to keep that in mind. (I DO mean delicate in terms of body mass, she was probably 130 or less. But not the only example.)
