You should only feel "pain" at the nipple and areola areas only. If you get short of breath, pain down left arm or a feeling of someone putting pressure on your underside of jaw. GET TO A DOCTOR! You should only get pain through out the whole breast once your breast tissue start to mature. And even that feels more like pin pricks or light heat rash , w/out the rash of course.
