LOL, Totally!... on both counts 
i actually ripped a cami top the once when the bra thing happened, I was out shopping and the spaghetti strap had slipped down off my shoulder and a little down the arm, i had a fluffy sweater on at the time and thought little about it, that is until I reached up a shelf to get something and there was this quick resistance and ripping sound, followed by my wife saying, told you you didn`t need a cami on under that sweater, i had no idea anyone could hear it! LOL
