Hello I don't know if anyone else has tried this but I take 3 tbs of virgin coconut oil ,2 Barlow's 550 pm and 2 Swanson 450 saw palmetto. heat oil lightly in microwave until clear and then empty capsules into it. mix completely until dissolved then place in fridge to cool.  After you can leave out it stays creamy.  Nice light tropical scent .fast abortion and no staining.  
I apply 2times a day morning and night while I massage .  It  seems to work  but maybe it's just me.either way skin feels better .
