[Concerned]

Hi..I am currently doing this as a growth program..
1000 mg daily PM 
4 Natural Curves supplements daily
400 mg DHEA daily 
80 mg daily of natural progesterone cream 
4 cups of strong White Tea daily
and at least 2 15 min sessions of breast message daily
1 men's 50+  Multi vitamin daily

I would love pointers and advisement re: NBE   I am doing..One thing for sure..I have 530 mg PM caps
on the way..so I can ramp up my PM daily total to 3k mg's a day.I am slightly heavy so it is harder to monitor change...
but I detect my Aeolus getting bigger..and  more heft in my breast...I want some girls bad..but want to do it with

Hopefully your spreading the PM intake through the day, and not taking it all at once ?

  Absolutely taking half in morning, and other half in the evening..Are you a proponent of higher intakes of PM? Some here say 3000mg dailey is the sweet spot..How do you feel about that? Thanks, -Annie.
