I was on SP and PM as well as BO a good 3 months before I started HRT others here have been on even longer before going the HRT route.
I can`t give any product names as it was nearly 2 years ago and I forgot! LOL, I do remember using Swansons BO though.
Also before you take Anything! have you considered saving sperm first? your count and viability will go down when you start taking these things!

Honestly, I don't want to freeze my sperm. Being a biological father would just be painful and weird to me. Becoming impotent is pretty high on my list of things that I want HRT to do to me.
