Outside the UK, use an app like cyber ghost to mask your IP to a UK IP. Then just go to the ITV website and you can watch it.

a few more details would be helpful. I downloaded cyber ghost to my iPad and it masked my IP. how do I substitute a UK IP? also, ITV asked me to set up an account and it wants a postal code. what does a UK postal code look like?
